Who I Am

Benita R. Houck is an author, songwriter, and accomplished musician with an educational background in pastoral ministries and counseling. The faith catastrophes she has experienced on her personal journey have given her a unique perspective on weathering the storms of life. When grace and mercy unexpectedly stepped into her life and gave her the strength to triumph over these crises, it birthed in her the desire to help others find double for their trouble as their own storms rage. Benita and her husband, Christopher, enjoy life in a sleepy Midwestern town, restoring a little blue Victorian. They have three grown children and two grands.
